This past snow storm gave us a major challenge! Our tow team Rose to the challenge and pulled together,we all worked an incredible amount of hours with little sleep. I want to thank each teammate, thank you! Each of you did incredible! Hopefully we don’t see a snowfall like that again for a few years, but this pusher will help for any snow I am thankful for a great wife, family and teammates. May God bless us all!

Are you an experienced driver with a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent problem-solving skills? We’re seeking a reliable Tow Truck Driver Operator to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Tow Truck Driver Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting vehicles that are broken down, involved in accidents, or illegally parked. You’ll play a crucial role in providing roadside assistance and ensuring the efficient flow of traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to service calls and dispatch orders.
Safely tow vehicles to designated locations, following all traffic laws and company protocols.

- Provide roadside assistance such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockouts.

- Complete accurate paperwork, including towing logs and customer invoices.

- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tow truck equipment.
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

-5 Years Proven experience in towing operations preferred.
-Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Physical stamina to perform lifting and towing duties.
-Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.

Another Fabulous display of creativity at the parade this year. Heidi and Brittany came up with the cars movie theme, and did a creative job of outfitting the trucks. They were helped by Karen, Andrea, Cody,Hunter, Dillon and the rest of the tow team. We love what we do!!
