The shop is still here. And we’re open.

After more than a decade serving riders in the area, the shop has officially changed hands.

New owners Mike Boltz (left) and Bill Fickes (right) purchased High Strength V-Twin and are continuing the work that built the shop’s reputation in the first place.

Mike brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience turning wrenches, including seven years right here at High Strength, working alongside Al every day and helping build the shop from the inside out. He knows the bikes, the customers, and how this place runs.

Bill has decades of experience working on everything from drag bikes and race cars to Harleys and customs. Over the past year, he’s worked alongside both Mike and Al during the ownership transition, while continuing to operate his Perry County-based motorcycle and powder coat shop, Redemption Cycleworks.

Between the two of them, they know the bikes, the work, and the standards riders have come to expect from High Strength V-Twin.

Stop in to say hello to Bill & Mike - or to plan for spring riding season. They’re here and the shop is open, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, at 950 Page Road in Harrisburg.
