Meet Mitzi❤️

If you’re looking for a pint-sized best friend with the perfect mix of cuddles, comedy and couch time, Mitzi may just be your girl. Around 3 years old, this sweet Boston Terrier mix came to us from a hoarding situation where she spent much of her life having puppies. Now that chapter is behind her, and she’s finally getting the chance to enjoy being someone’s beloved pet and she’s making the most of it. Mitzi is a laid back little lady who loves nothing more than curling up beside her people or finding the coziest spot in the house for a nap. But don’t let her calm nature fool you, every now and then she gets hit with a case of the zoomies that will have you laughing as she races around with pure joy before settling right back down for snuggles. She’s both house trained and crate trained. She may voice her opinion for a minute when it’s crate time, but she settles in quickly and relaxes. She also enjoys the company of other dogs and feels especially comfortable having a canine buddy around to follow and hang out with. Mitzi is happiest with the simple things in life: belly rubs, squishy-face kisses, cozy naps, her favorite humans and doggy friends. She isn’t a huge fan of taking medication, but she’ll happily cooperate if it’s tucked into a spoonful of wet food or a soft treat. Her ideal home would be a quieter one with a securely fenced yard where she can safely explore and enjoy her goofy bursts of zoomies. She would love another friendly dog to keep her company and a family who appreciates a low key companion with plenty of love to give.

After everything she’s been through, Mitzi deserves a home where she’ll never have to worry again. Just a soft bed, kind hearts and all the cuddles she can handle. If you’re ready to add a sweet, snuggly little shadow to your family, Mitzi is waiting to meet you.
