We got this 2010 rzrS 800 in and all the wheels were able to roll about 2 inches then everything lock up. We dug into it and pulled motor and transmission. We decid3d to start be pulling off the transfer case cover which was not separating at first. We ended up using a rock bar and 12" pry bar to get the face cover off from the transfer case. As soon as we opened it up all the sand and rust that just kept falling out was unbelievable all of the internals are completely rusted and just useless none spin at all. But luckily the rear diffl seems to be saveable. Long story short servicing your equipment is not just suggestions lol. Make sure everything gets serviced and taken care of.
