Your role as an Automotive Technician/MECHANIC, you will be responsible for:
Conducting a wide variety of engine and electrical diagnostics and repairs; including AC repair, Suspension, brake systems, preventative maintenance, and all tire-related services.
Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency
Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable workplace.
Recommend additional repairs and services necessary for the safety and operational efficiency of the vehicle
Safely operate a vehicle
Share your ideas and suggestions with management
Communication is essential!
Required Work Experience:
Hands-on mechanical experience
Knowledge of diagnostic computers such as snap-on preferred
ASE Certifications preferred
Physical Demands:
Be able and willing to lift approximately 50 pounds
Be able to stand for extended periods of time
Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time.
Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting.
