This is a late shedding buck, should still have about 5-6 weeks to grow good. Anyone have any idea on size, I have not measured him but I think he is pretty solid. He is not one to pose for photos so this is the best one I got.

I sure do love to see young people hunting, on Saturday 5 year old Hensley made 4 shots that would leave any shooter impressed, and her great attitude toward the sport leaves this old guy feeling better about our future. She is now half way to both her Texas and Bighorn slams! Great work young lady and a shout out to her dad and her granddad for getting her started early. Looking forward to the next time and hopefully helping to start a new generation of hunters

Day 3 saw temps in the 40's and steady rain. Guess what, it didn't even slow these guys down. Through the cold, rain, and mud they still managed to add 8 more trophies to their incredible haul. They head home with 2 trucks FULL of meat, 21 great trophies (all with air guns), and stories and memories to last a lifetime. Looking forward to our next hunt.

Day 2 of the 3 day hunt was fast and furious to say the least. 10 animals down including 6 aoudad, 2 fallow, an oryx and an awesome ram. Thanks to Brent, Joshua, Travis, Darin, Marty and Jimmy for a very memorable day. Another great day afield with great hunters.

Great first afternoon on this three day hunt. Father and son both connect! Even managed to recover the broad head in the last two pictures. Thanks to Josh and Brent and the crew (who I am certain will show up in some pictures tomorrow. So blessed to get to do what I love and share good memories with great people along the way.
