Well I've got some new function controls on their way, pray for calm seas?!!
I have tried the old t-shirt exhaust system... Not a great idea, Lol. Starting to finish painting the plastics as well. They're pretty busted up. They'll work for now.

In the morning I'll be installing the starter solenoid relay. At this point I, have pulled the engine, ( 200cc) stripped down to frame and harness. Refitted her with a brand new 250cc engine. It came with a Nibbi clutch cable, so I picked up some Nibbi grips ( with a Nibbi throttle grip). Installed a high performance ignition coil a new " racing " Cdi.new petcock with new lines. It also now has a new carburetor as well. And new rubber of course.
Lol I have new function controls, and levers. It's basically a brand new old Roketa Db03. 250cc,....
/ fender and mount are being painted and was unable to appear for the photo shoot today. /
Last one is when I first got it
I haven't picked an exhaust system just yet. I have a couple I'm looking at though. If you have any suggestions let me know in the comments.

Waiting on parts to come in . I've got a high performance coil, and a racing cdi. Can't wait to install these!! I also will have a new starter coil relay switch to install. That should cover most of the electrical system.

I'm finishing up getting her ready for her first start. Just need to hook up the fuel system, then all new exhaust.

It's been a long time since my last post. I've been battling some personal issues. Sry for the absence. The Kawasaki Concours has a new owner. What I am working on now is from what I have researched, a '05 or '06 Roketa Db03 / 200cc/.
