Another summer project is underway at Tech Pathways! This Mazda Tribute (which was actually originally bought here when the building was Champion Mazda!) was graciously donated to our program. Our Apprentices have been color-coding parts of the vehicle to create a living diagram for future students! The car will be used to help educate future classes as they begin their journeys as Technicians.

Our Apprentices have been working hard on a project this summer, and today all that hard work and planning came to fruition.

Hanover Auto Team is proud to collaborate with the Hanover Area Council of Churches & Changing Lives Shelter to help provide them with a van to be used for transportation of their clients to appointments, interviews, etc. The van will also be used to pick up donations and food items for their facility, and countless other tasks that will make everyone’s lives just a little bit easier!

We are proud of our Apprentices and the work they put in to help give back to their own community.

We we able to pay each of our Apprentices a visit today at their new locations, and we are happy to report they’re all working hard and loving their assignments! After spending a year together at Tech Pathways, now they’re each on their own journeys at Hanover Mazda, Hanover Toyota, Hanover Nissan, and Hanover Collision Center. There’s something for everyone at Hanover Auto Team!

One of favorite parts of Tech Pathways is watching those who were once students, mentoring those who are still students! Aaron is in his first year as a full fledged Technician, and he’s helping Apprentice Ben learn as he enters his second year. We love a good full-circle moment!

Sometimes, we receive a vehicle as a trade-in at one of our stores that has great potential but needs a little more work and has a few more miles than the average front line car. It may have a few dents, dings, and “character” but still has plenty of life left in it!

The Apprentices are working hard to service one of these vehicles this week for a community organization that has a need for transportation for their clients. Serving our community is a HUGE piece of Hanover Auto Team’s mission, vision, and values and in moments like these we come together to make that happen.

Last week, the Apprentices attended Safety Inspection classes- a major credential they earn at Tech Pathways. Here they are learning how to use the headlight aiming machine!

We were happy to host the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce, PA’s Workforce Development Committee meeting earlier this week! We’re always happy to share our space for such a great cause.
