We wanted to take a moment to share a little update with our customers and let you know what’s been going on behind the scenes.
Over the past month and a half we’ve had to take a significant step back from detailing due to some ongoing health issues. During that time we’ve mainly been taken care of vehicles that were already prepaid through gift certificates. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone’s patience and understanding. One of the hardest parts of being self-employed is that when health issues arise there is no paid time offer sick leave to fall back on.
Taking time away is sometimes necessary, but it also comes with challenges that most people don’t have to think about when they’re part of a larger company. Our goal is to gradually begin accepting vehicles again spacing appointments out so we can ease back into a more consistent schedule with prioritizing health and family. We love what we do and we’re looking forward to getting back to what we enjoy at a pace that is sustainable. We’re also running a 30% off gift certificate sale for the entire month of October.
