Hatfield McCoy Speedway It all started way before 1997 when the race track was turned into more than just a hole in the ground.

Carved in the dirt, was the fasted 4/10 mile speedway where the feuding could continue between the fasted cars and the fearless drivers.

Waiting on Aep to get power going n we got restrooms built on both sides of tracks n got a lot of 10’ fencing to put around infield for insurance carrier n check lights out after I get power going

I hear a lot that the track will be ready on May 15,ever who started that gossip needs to shut up because I’ve not said nothing about a date to open,we might be ready in 2-3 weeks,I’m fixing this track up right before I open it,just be patient.

Got the walls built on the restrooms,having 2 commodes on women’s n men’s n starting on roof tomorrow but I don’t have no definitive time when first race will be

I’m building Restrooms for the Women and theConcession stand should be finished end of next week and I’m moving the announcer stand closer to the start finish line,should be very close by the 15th of May but I still gotta a lot to do for the Electrical part and putting about 200 feet of new chain link fence up and repairing the rest of it,just be patient and when it’s done it’ll be better then ever before.
