We are here to let you know that our office gang is still working hard to take care of our customers ๐๐พ๐ They've been a little CrAzY ๐ but they are still operatingโบ๏ธand promise to take care of you and your claim.
We see some POP UPS starting. Yep, you certainly can choose to have them do your hail estimate/repair but here are a few reminders:
โบ We've done A LOT of work to help you out with your claim. There is A LOT going on behind the scenes. We don't get paid to do this part for you, we do this as a service to our customers. Whether or not you choose to do the hail repair, our hope that this starts/continues the relationship with you, as our customer for this claim and the next one you may have. We do this because that is what we do in our line of work. We don't get paid until a job is scheduled/completed.
โบ Just a friendly reminder that Butch Gruelke Auto Body INVESTS into OUR COMMUNITY. We SUPPORT our schools and this community/ county, and surrounding area, in MANY many ways. We are HERE to pay LOCAL and COUNTY taxes. We are HERE providing 20 YEARS of professional service to our customers. We are not here to do a quick job and run away when the job is complete.

โบ The thing about hail - thankfully, you can still drive your vehicle.
We ask for a little patience as we work through 1) the ESTIMATING process ๐คฉ 2) the SCHEDULING process ๐คฉand 3) the REPAIR process ๐คฉ
Some updates ๐ฝ
๐ Once we have your estimate completed, we will send the estimate and pictures into the insurance company (if you provided that info, or they have contacted us) OR let you know when it is done for you to submit.
๐ It is taking a few days to do so, as we have just a few ๐ to process. Once submitted, hang tight for your insurance company to get in touch with you, they have a lot to process just as we do. This step could take up to a week.
๐Your insurance company will review our estimate and pics and adjust how they suggest repairs can be done. Please note: more than likely this WILL be different. Part of the process is working with the insurance company to come to an agreement for repairs for your vehicle - if you choose to repair. Another part of the process that we do for our customers.
๐ Once you have heard from your insurance company, and you would like to get repairs done - get in touch with us and we can put you on our REPAIR list. We will work through this repair process with you.
