We are a busy and growing towing company that is looking for an Office Assistant.

Duties include but are not limited to -

Process and intake vehicles recovered from the previous shift including taking pictures of vehicles, completing condition reports and removing all personal items from inside the vehicles

Complete appointments and proper paperwork for customers redeeming their vehicles and transporters picking vehicles up

Provide updates on current cases to our clients via multiple websites

Help keep facility and property free from debris and trash.

Communicate with internal team members

Skills should include:

Computer savvy

Punctual

Honest

Dependable

Great organizational skills

Able to keep calm and composed when dealing with customers and clients.

Detail oriented

Positive attitude & a Team player

Hours are M-F 9AM-5PM

Towing industry experience preferred but not required. Will train the right individual. This can be a great position for the right person looking to gain office experience.
