FULL-TIME SERVICE WRITER POSITION AVAILABLE

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer serves as the main point of contact between customers and our technicians, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, creating repair estimates, explaining services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Normal hours are Mon – Fri from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess service needs
Schedule appointments and manage workflow
Prepare estimates and repair orders
Communicate repair recommendations and updates
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Work closely with technicians to ensure timely service

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Automotive knowledge preferred
Computer and phone proficiency
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and professional appearance

The Matthews Tire Community Car Show that was scheduled for tomorrow (6/14) has been postponed due to the expected rainy weather conditions throughout the weekend.

Fear Not! - we will be rescheduling the event for later this summer/early fall.
