Just finished another mobile welding repair in West Michigan this week.

The customer had a clean break at a stress point that needed fixing to get his equipment back up and running fast. I also gave him some tips on how to make it better in the future.

Here's what I did to the damaged area:
• Prepped and cleaned it
• Welded it up
• Blended the back side to keep the clearance between the arms

TIG welded + back purged so the inside of the joint stays clean and protected while we weld. Better pe*******on, less oxidation (no “sugaring”), and a stronger, cleaner finished part.
