I want to commend this towing service for their above-and-beyond services when my 37 ft. motorhome's brakes gave out going through Cincinnati Ohio last Tuesday evening. I was returning from Florida to Michigan and had driven that day through the Tennessee and Kentucky mountains, into a huge slow-down due to construction coming into Cincinnati, and then more stop-and-go rush-hour traffic. I was able to pull off into a shopping center parking lot. At 8 PM my road service first dispatched a towing service that text it would be 2 hours till they could get to me. I called them to make them aware I had myself, a handicapped friend, and two granddaughters that would need to be transported to the repair facility; they said their truck could only take two passengers but we could just ride in the motorhome while it was towed - would not have been legal or safe! By 10 PM no tow-truck arrived and I called again - the driver said his truck was broke down alongside the road and he wouldn't be coming. I called my road service and this time they dispatched T&F Towing and Recovery. They arrived in less than an hour with a big, beautiful, and well-equipped 50-ton tow truck operated by a driver and an assistant. The owner, Frank, came with a Trailblazer and transported all 4 of us. They had pre-checked the route my road service designated to the repair facility they were sending sending us to. It had sharp curves and a tunnel that their truck and my motorhome were not going to fit through. So they took a suitable route. But when we got to the address, the repair facility was no longer in business and it was now mid-night! With no place for us to go, Frank called a friend of his who owned A Savannah Nite limo & party bus business that had a shop and were experienced in working on big vehicles. We were towed there and allowed to stay in our motorhome overnight. The next day that business got parts, worked on our motorhome all day, and by evening had us on the road to home. Many thanks to T & F Towing for their good judgement, great equipment, and safe, professional, and stellar service ensuring we were taken care of before they left for their next call.
