A Toyota Tacoma recently came into the shop with its factory-installed PPF (paint protection film) still in place well beyond the recommended removal period.
Unfortunately, dealership-installed factory PPF is often a lower-quality film, and after years of sun exposure, this film had become heavily damaged and difficult to remove. Removing aged, sun-damaged PPF properly takes patience, the right tools, and the right technique to avoid damaging the clear coat underneath.
Once the film was safely removed, we performed a single-step polish to restore the paint and bring back the gloss. We then protected the finish with gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra, topped with EXOv5 for additional protection and durability.
To finish it off, we added Total Surface Protection, giving this Tacoma a complete reset from bumper to bumper, cleaned up, corrected, and protected.
Another vehicle brought back to life and ready for the road.
