Not every vehicle that comes through our doors needs major structural work. Sometimes the damage may look small, but getting the repair right can still require a high level of skill.

This Mercedes-AMG came to us with minor damage to the bumper, but there was nothing simple about the finish. Matching a matte pearl paint requires precise color matching, spray technique, and careful refinishing to maintain the correct color, pearl effect, and consistent matte appearance.

Involved in an accident? What happens next?

The first question is simple: Will you be filing an insurance claim, or paying for the repairs yourself? Your answer will help determine the next step.

Paying Out of Pocket?

Stop by Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM for a complimentary estimate.

One of our experienced advisors will inspect your vehicle and provide the most accurate preliminary estimate possible without disassembling the vehicle.

Keep in mind: collision damage isn’t always visible from the outside. Additional or hidden damage may be discovered once repairs and disassembly begin.

Filing an Insurance Claim?

Depending on your insurance company, they may:

• Prepare an estimate using photos you submit
• Send a field adjuster to inspect your vehicle
• Ask you to obtain an estimate from a repair facility

Once the insurance company has completed its initial assessment, our team can review the estimate, inspect the vehicle, and work through the repair process with you.

One important thing to remember: it’s your vehicle, and you have the right to choose where it is repaired.

Your insurance company may recommend one of its preferred or network repair facilities, but you are not required to choose a shop simply because it was recommended by the insurer.

Short on time?

We also offer an online estimate portal through our website. While an in-person inspection allows us to evaluate your vehicle more thoroughly, our online option is a convenient way to get the process started.
