Automotive7 is looking for a Office Assistant to join our expanding team. As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Duties Include (but not limited to):
Greet and welcome clients/customers as they arrive
Answer and screen phone calls
Scheduling appointments via phone and email
Provide information on services to clients
Covid-19 protocols
Other clerical duties as needed
Preferred Skills:
bilingual: Must speak Spanish
Automotive experience, related vehicles and parts is a PLUS.
Work experience as a Receptionist or Scheduling Experience
Good Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Drive
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners and printers)
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Social Media Skills (Hootsuite proficiency is a plus!)
Salary $17 an hr plus commission.
