A quick build for one of my best local customers.

Big Baller 20” rims laced to some Profile hubs with Phil Wood spokes. The hubs received a quick polish.

Close attention is always paid to logo placement. As you can see the Profile “P” is lined up with the Big Baller logo on both wheels.

Today we did up some Profile Gas Block Pedals for a local customer. Customer wanted them to be functional but still keep their original patina.

Bearings were all frozen and blown apart to the point where they had to be cut out to be replaced. Original steel studs were frozen into the aluminum pedal bodies so they had to be patiently removed and replaced with brand new stainless hardware.

If you would like us to go though your pedals we can turn them around in a couple days. We also offer rebuild kits with all brand new bearings and hardware if you would like to go though them yourself.

A little insight to our next next custom wheelset. These GT Rhythm Series rims have had all eyelets removed and are being prepped for a mirror finish show polish. These rims are now roughed in and are ready for final sanding and polishing which is all done by hand to keep all the edges crisp and a deep shine that our customers love. Once they are polished new correct eyelets will be installed. Then these will be laced up to NOS Schwinn XS Hubs using Phil Wood Spokes (spokes will also be individually show polished) and purple ni***es. Stay tuned for pictures of the finished product.

On the red pair, the cutouts were show polished as per customer request. On the black pair, the customer wanted the factory machine marks left behind as well as wanted them to shine.

Although not pictured, we also can offer a factory machine type finish when you have your rhythm hubs anodized.

No matter what your preference is we can make it work.

Mark was very happy with his hubs.
