1-✅️ Upon arrival, we attempted to start the vehicle, but it did not respond. I checked the voltage and recorded a reading of 5.9. After inspecting the fuses, I identified a 10-amp fuse for the brake lights (STOP LAMPS) that was blown.

Additionally, a 20-amp fuse associated with the rear accessory power outlet (RR APO) was also found to be blown.

Ultimately, the main cause of the ignition failure was a damaged relay in the GPS tracking system.
