This 1993 Land Rover Defender 110 came into the shop for a handful of updates to get it driving the way it should. We tracked down drivability issues, checked timing, smoke tested for leaks, adjusted the TPS, repaired the hitch support, addressed movement at the filler neck, and modified the exhaust system to better suit the vehicle.

This ’91 Mustang GT came through the shop for a complete mechanical refresh, finished off with a custom 2.5” dual exhaust fabricated entirely from 304 stainless steel.

Every component—from the mandrel bends and TIG welds to the high-flow catalytic converters, resonators, flex bellows, V-band connections, and custom Z-pipe—was chosen with performance in mind. The result is a balanced exhaust system that improves scavenging while producing the deep, refined tone this Fox Body deserves.

Some cars deserve more than replacement parts. And this time, we’re making sure this Fox Body keeps turning heads for years to come.

Sometimes the right decision is to slow down so you can do something the right way.

At this time, Barks & Builds will not be held as originally planned.

As we continued planning, we realized we wanted more time to coordinate with our rescue partner, vendors, sponsors, and everyone involved to create the kind of event this community deserves, rather than rush it.

We’ll continue sharing updates as plans come together, and we’ll announce the new event details as soon as everything is locked in.

A custom exhaust should look just as good underneath as it sounds from behind the wheel.

This classic Impala received a full custom 3” dual exhaust system built from 304 stainless steel, complete with mandrel bends, TIG welds, an X H combo pipe, resonators, flex bellows, and V-band clamps for easy serviceability.

Every section was fabricated specifically for this car to maximize clearance, fit, and flow—because “close enough” isn’t how we build exhausts.

Every bend, every weld, every hanger was built specifically for this car—not pulled off a shelf.

Not every repair is flashy, but every repair matters.

This 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon came to us with a check engine light and a misfire.

After diagnosing the issue, we traced it back to failing fuel injectors. A new set of injectors got this Rubicon running smoothly again, eliminating the misfire and restoring the performance it should have had from the start.

Whether it’s diagnosing a drivability issue or building a one-off fabrication project, we approach every job the same way: find the problem, fix it correctly, and get our customers back on the road.

Anybody can bolt on parts. We’d rather build them.

This CR-V came through the shop for a complete transformation.

From a one-off front bumper with an integrated winch to custom rock rails, fabricated fender flares, and a front subframe drop, every modification was built with function in mind—not just looks.

To complete the lift, we also installed new front struts, front control arm bushings, rear lower control arm bushings, tie rod ends, and finished it off with a four-wheel alignment to make sure everything drives as good as it looks.

It’s the kind of project we love taking on because no two builds are ever the same.

Factory is a starting point. Not the finish line.

This 2025 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 55 came in for a custom exhaust makeover.

Our team:
✔️ Swapped out the Capristo mufflers that didn’t fit properly with Renntech mufflers
✔️ Modified and fabricated new piping from the mid-pipes back
✔️ Installed and aligned the new exhaust system
✔️ Reinstalled heat shields
✔️ Finished it off with black powder-coated exhaust tips for the perfect look

Every cut, bend, weld, and adjustment was made to ensure the system fit exactly as it should—because a high-end car deserves high-end craftsmanship.

At Wits End Fabrication, rust doesn’t scare us. It just gives us something to cut out and build back stronger.

This 2005 Toyota Sequoia came in with rust compromising the front body mounts. Instead of covering it up, we cut out the damaged sections, fabricated new steel where it was needed, and rebuilt the structure the right way.

While it was here, we also took care of:
✔️ Front shock assembly replacement
✔️ Steering rack replacement
✔️ Four-wheel alignment

The result? A Sequoia that’s tighter, safer, and ready for many more miles.
