Just a couple of projects we tackled recently. Had a VGT actuator on a 6.7 cummins and we went old school by working on a 6.5 detroit to replace the pump driver module and relocate it.

Haven't been able to Post because its been hectic getting moved in to the new shop. Here's a couple of the projects that came in. First we had a 2004 F350 that got a set of Warren 155/30 injectors paired to a KC jetfire stage 1. We also installed a XDP modified direct clutch solenoid and did both trans filters. We also did a new oil cooler and coolant flush. Next we had a 96 12v come in that was Auto swapped but the harness was not correct. We fixed the wiring and got the correct harness and it is now like it came from the factory ad an auto. We fixed a 4th gen that was having some boost leaks as well. Had a sweet 95 F250 come in with a list of issues. We started by figuring out that the fuel pump was bad it was only letting low side fuel in to the fuek rails in the head. Next, we installed a strictly diesel billet oil pan/dipstick b**g. We also swapped out the rear gearset with a posi gearset. We had to reseal the up pipes and install a new gasket on the hpop reservoir because it was leaking. Its a pretty sweet old truck and she runs good now.

Had a 2008 6.7l come in to the shop and we did a BD Iron Horn 2nd gen swap but utilized a 2 piece BD 3rd gen manifold to keep the factory turbo position. Truck runs great. If you are needing any performance or repair work give us a call at 814 720 9395

2021 f250 6.7 powerstroke came in to the shop and got a SPE motorsports disaster prevention kit. The cp4 injection pump on the 6.7 powerstroke is prone to fail and send metal debris through the rest of the fuel system, which means replacing the entire system which is very costly. Companies like S&S, and SPE offer solutions to prevent the metal debris from entering the rest of the fuel system. They dont stop the pump from failing, but they do prevent catastrophic damaged to the rest of the system. If you own one of these trucks and want to try to prevent having to replace a whole fuel system, or just want the piece of mind we offer solutions for everybody. Had a 2014 come in with turbo issues, diagnosed it as the VGT actuator. We installed a new actuator and fixed a couple coolant leaks while we were in there. If you are needing any repair work give us a call at 814-720-9395

Found a high pressure oil leak at the hpop discharge tube o ring
