Mountain West Rv Rental, Inc. is seeking multiple candidates to serve as Operation Managers
for the 2024 season. We are keenly aware that “Life in the Valley” necessitates multiple sources
of income or “side hustles” for many and these positions are intended to provide that
opportunity. Post-training, Managers will enjoy the benefit of bidding for schedules based on
personal availability. Previous knowledge and experience with Motor Coaches and Travel
Trailers is preferred but not required as we will train the right candidates.
Applicants must have strong task organizational skills, a professional attitude and appearance,
a clean driving record and a dedication to the highest level of customer service.
Compensation includes:
*$25-$30/hr. DOE

Responsibilities include:
*Quality control - Ensuring that each unit has met cleaning, outfitting and maintenance standards prior to departure.
*Maintenance - Managing and documenting maintenance intervals. ldentifying and documenting any maintenance needs.
"Customer service - As Operations Manager, you will be the face of the company and be responsible for welcoming each client; conducting a detailed orientation process and addressing any questions or issues while a unit is on vacation.
*Scheduling - Responsible for scheduling pick up times, returns and coordinating with our cleaning crews.
*Product knowledge - Regardless of experience, this position requires an intimate, working knowledge of each unit in our inventory.
Compensation includes:
