By manufacturing to order, we are able to produce products that meet customers' specific needs and preferences. Other products include

Assembly Line Leaders and Assembly Technicians

The ASSEMBLY LINE LEADER will
• Set the pace of work down going down the assembly line.
• Support the Production Supervisor in managing assembly personnel and flow of materials to and down the assembly line.
• Ensure that assembly lines meet quality and productivity goals.

The ASSEMBLY LINE TECHNICIAN will
• Upholster seats using hand tools in an assembly line process.
• Support the Assembly Line Leader in processing materials down the assembly line.
• Work with other Assembly Line Technicians to ensure that production goals are met.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Experience in a production or assembly line style work environment.
• Upholstery experience is preferred, but not required.
• Capable of standing for 8 hours per day.
• Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Must have excellent manual dexterity of hands and arms.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Must have effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to solve quality related problems and be detailed oriented.
• Dependable transportation is a must.
