🚨 Spotless lux Detailing Business Update 🚨
As the business continues to grow, I’ve had to sit back and look at what’s actually working and what’s costing me time and money.
For a while, I was trying to make everybody happy by driving all over the city, squeezing in last-minute appointments, and bouncing from one side of town to the other. The truth is, that’s not a sustainable way to run a business. I end up spending more time driving than detailing, burning fuel, wearing out my equipment, and making my days longer than they need to be.
I’ve also realized that doing full details in the middle of a Georgia summer isn’t always the best move. When it’s 95–100+ degrees outside and the inside of a vehicle is even hotter, I’m not able to produce the same level of quality that I expect from myself. I’m not willing to rush through a job just to fit another one in, and I’m not willing to risk my health trying to push through extreme heat.
Quality has always been the reason people call Spotless, and I’m protecting that.
Moving forward, I’m restructuring my schedule.
✔️ Full details will primarily be scheduled during the early morning or evening when temperatures are lower.
✔️ I’ll be organizing appointments by area so I’m not driving back and forth across town all day.
✔️ Last-minute same-day appointments will be limited based on my schedule.
✔️ If you know you’re going to need your vehicle detailed, please book ahead. It helps me plan my routes and gives you the best service possible.
✔️ Basic washes are much easier to fit into the middle of the day. Full details require more time, more precision, and better working conditions.
This isn’t about doing less work—it’s about working smarter so I can continue providing the quality service Spotless has built its reputation on. I’d rather complete a few vehicles the right way than rush through a full day trying to chase every phone call that comes in.
I truly appreciate every client who supports my business, recommends me to family and friends, and trusts me with their vehicles. As Spotless continues to grow, these changes will help me stay organized, protect the quality of my work, and serve everyone even better.
