prep training.
If you are somebody that is wanting to join the Armed Forces, but they have told you that you need to lose some weight or get into better shape than I can definitely help with that !
If you are somebody that is need to pass a physical fitness test for a new job in law-enforcement or firefighting.. guess what? I can help with that!
OR
If you are currently in one of the three and need to get back into shape!.. I can help with that!
Some people just need that extra push or that stern voice and motivation to get started.
Q. Is it going to cost a lot ?

A. NO! I want everybody to succeed, and whenever it comes to military, law-enforcement or firefighting I definitely want to give back. 
With that being said it is going to be a Boot Camp style course.
 it will be outside regardless of the weather!
You are going to learn about nutrition!
You will need to bring a notebook !
You will need to bring water !
You will need to bring some type of proof that you are either currently in or are going into the military, law-enforcement or firefighting.
I will create a group for accountability on the off days where there is no class.
As soon as I get people that start signing up, I will have a start date for the class.
