Ready to see Grand Lake from a whole new perspective? 🚁

One of the biggest adventures included in the Regatta Rally is taking us up, up, and away for a helicopter tour over Grand Lake!

You’ve driven around it. You’ve camped beside it. You may have even spent plenty of time out on the water.

But have you ever seen Grand Lake from the sky?

Our helicopter experience will take guests above the lake and around the historic Pensacola Dam, giving you a bird’s-eye view of one of the most iconic landmarks in Northeast Oklahoma. From the winding shoreline and open water to the massive dam below, this is a view of Grand Lake that you just can’t get from the ground.

A little self-care is on the itinerary, too. 🧴✨

During the Regatta Rally, we’re slowing things down for a hands-on body care class right here at The Regatta!

We’ll spend some time creating our own body care products, learning a little along the way, and enjoying a relaxed afternoon with our fellow Rally guests. It’s creative, it’s fun, and best of all—you’ll leave with something you made yourself to take home and enjoy long after the Rally is over.

Because this week isn’t just about packing in as many adventures as possible. It’s about getting away, trying new things, meeting new people, and actually enjoying your vacation.

From helicopter rides and UTV adventures to paint & sip and a little self-care, we’ve built a little bit of everything into five unforgettable days on Grand Lake. ❤️

One night during the Regatta Rally, we’re loading up and heading to the casino for a night out!

Try your luck at the slots, find your favorite table game, grab a drink, or simply take in all the excitement with your fellow Rally guests. Whether you’re chasing a jackpot or just along for the experience, it’s going to be a fun night out with a pretty great group of people.

And one of the best parts? We’re taking care of the ride. 🙌

No worrying about directions, parking, or who’s driving home. Just hop aboard, enjoy your night, and we’ll get you safely back to The Regatta when the evening is over.

Okay, adventure lovers—this one is for you. 😎

One of the most action-packed experiences on the Regatta Rally itinerary is our UTV adventure!

We’re trading pavement for dirt and heading off-road for an afternoon of rugged trails, beautiful Oklahoma scenery, fresh air, and just the right amount of adrenaline.

Buckle in, hold on, and get ready to see a side of Northeast Oklahoma you can’t experience from the highway. And let’s be honest... if we come back a little dusty, we probably did it right. 😉

The best part? It’s all part of the Rally. We’ve planned the adventure, built it into the itinerary, and taken care of the details—you just get to show up and enjoy the ride.

This is exactly what the Regatta Rally is all about: trying something different, seeing somewhere new, and making some really good memories along the way.

A little paint. A little w**e. And absolutely no artistic talent required. 🎨🍷

One of our more laid-back Regatta Rally activities is happening right here at The Regatta with a Paint & Sip class!

Grab a glass of w**e, settle in with your fellow Rally guests, and follow along as we create our own masterpieces. Whether you’re secretly an artist or haven’t picked up a paintbrush since elementary school, this one is all about having fun, laughing at yourself a little, and enjoying the company.

And yes—the “sip” is included. 😉

After days filled with exploring caves, touring incredible places and heading out on adventures, we wanted to make sure there were plenty of moments built into the Rally to simply slow down and enjoy being together.

Come for the painting, stay for the w**e, and head back to your RV with a handmade souvenir from your week at The Regatta. ❤️

Step back into the Roaring Twenties with us. 🎭✨

Another stop on our Regatta Rally itinerary takes us to one of the most incredible pieces of Route 66 history in Northeast Oklahoma—the Coleman Theatre Beautiful in Miami!

Opened in 1929 as a vaudeville theatre and movie palace, the Coleman was built to impress. From its grand staircase and ornate Louis XV-style interior to its massive chandelier and intricate details everywhere you look, walking through the doors feels like stepping into another era.

Over the years, legendary names like Will Rogers, Bing Crosby, Jim Thorpe, Tom Mix and magician Harry Blackstone have graced the Coleman stage. The theatre is even still home to its original Mighty Wurlitzer pipe organ!

But we aren't just coming to look around. 👀

As part of our visit, Rally guests will enjoy lunch right on the Coleman Theatre's main stage—the very stage that has been entertaining audiences for nearly a century.

How often do you get to say you had lunch on the stage of a historic 1920s theatre?

We'll have time to take in the incredible architecture, learn some of the stories behind this Route 66 landmark, and experience the Coleman in a way you definitely don't get from simply driving past it.

Ever wonder what goes into building a multi-million-dollar motorcoach? 👀

During the Regatta Rally, we’re taking you behind the scenes at the Newell Coach Factory in Miami, Oklahoma!

Newell has been building luxury motorcoaches since 1967, and these aren’t simply buses converted into RVs. Each Newell is engineered and built from the ground up as a luxury motorcoach, then customized with everything from the floorplan and cabinetry to technology, finishes and those little details that make each coach completely its own.

We’ll get an up-close look at where these incredible coaches come to life and the craftsmanship, engineering and attention to detail that goes into creating them right here in Oklahoma.

And when we say luxury, we mean luxury. Current Newell coaches can feature things like heated porcelain tile floors, massage seats, quartz countertops, full-size appliances, advanced digital cockpits, custom cabinetry and some seriously impressive entertainment systems.

For a group of people who already love life on the road, this is going to be a pretty incredible peek behind the curtain.
