Super common oil leaks on these steel body 6.7s are the vacuum pump bolts are notorious for backing out causing a mess.

Have the customer a couple options and he opted in the best decision you can make as a 6.7 Powerstroke owner. DCR pump conversion, updated CCV filter and we had a windshield installed all in one day down time.

This is why a quality repair with quality parts matter. Customer brought his 2015 6.7 Powerstroke in with the transmission over heating. After inspection noticed all the cab bushings were new, but the cab sat too far down and eventually rubbed a hole in the fuel cooler line set causing the secondary cooling system to run low on coolant.

New S&B cab bushings and coolant lines and this customer is back on the road

PSA for all my 2014 Powerstroke guys! We see this issue on mainly this year model! The passenger side rocker arms have some kind of design flaw and wear issue that causes them to wear and kick off your valve stems which can eventually kick the pushrod sideways break your lifter tray and cause catastrophic cam/engine failure

Also in the process of tear down found the tips of the injectors eroded away which is common on all yrs of the 6.7s as well.

180k miles on this engine and we saved him thousands in parts and labor by Installing updated new rocker arms, injectors, all seals necessary, cab bushings new ccv, and more to ensure many more miles.
