The war and the weapons we have.

We fight a lot of the same fights that our unbelieving neighbors fight and at times we have the tendency to use the the same tools that they fight with. If so then we will have the same outcome that they have. Should not our battle be fought by faith, and should not expect a different outcome?

The fact is that our weapons of warfare are not carnal but they are actually divinely designed to fit in your faith and your design. It's not an ill fitting sword but a perfectly fitting sword that is designed according to your your purpose and with what God has said over you. So it is possible to completely annihilate every strategy and combat successfully every assignment that is aimed at you. God’s word is absolute.
Paul writes to the Ephesian church, saying that our strength and armor that God provides allows us to stand successfully against every strategy of the devil. This means “every” plan, every blockade, every siege and every embargo. We can successfully stand!!
The boldness we must have, is in the confidence of God faithfulness. This confidence is our strength and peace to hold our ground, to move forward and keep walking and keep occupying ground and keep being fruitful in building the kingdom.
Jesus writes in Luke 18 that He wishes all men to pray, not faint or be a coward and not give up. Paul also writes that the Lord delivered him out of every battle. Every single one, Paul reports. Sometimes our victory maybe a little different from what we thought, but the victory our Lord provides is the ultimate victory. Wherever we are in living life, we will can fight to win by God’s plan or fight the wrong way in our strength and lose, we always have a choice how to fight. Two forces at war, force of light or the force of darkness. Our choice is how we will live in the battle, in His strength or in our struggle of the flesh and be forever bound.
In the seven systems we have to know God’s plan and His strategy to occupy our destiny and be fruitful. It takes planning and passion to keep living it, even when the war is so intense that we wonder if we are doing something wrong or what are we missing. This is why we should never wait for an attack but be living to win and not just defend.
Your choice, flesh, or Spirit, my way or His way, my plan or His plan. Step up and take the responsibility and be your destiny. Never assume, but faith it through!

“In conclusion, be strong in the Lord be empowered through your union with Him draw your strength from Him that strength which His boundless might provides
Put on God's whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies, that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil.
For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against the master spirits who are
the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly supernatural sphere.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭6:10-12‬

Digging wells in the famine and being an oasis of blessing.

Rarely is anything more important than a well of water in a dry land. But also having the strength to create an oases in a dry places. 97% of all believers in churches are involved in the market place on some level. It could be having a business, being employed by a company, a school teacher, in politics or in any of the 7 systems. Because this is a very solid statistic, how does marketplace believers fit in with ministry?
The church is God’s primary institution in the earth, it is to be a place of encounters with God and the equipping of the saints, to do the work of the ministry of building up the body of Christ. But the church is not to be the primary place of spiritual expression of ministry. The primary source of ministry will always be the market place, this is the place of unlimited opportunities to share the gospel, demonstrate the power of Christ in lives and showing the absolute provision of God. For market place Christians our field is our workplace and our flock are the people we work with and encounter every day. It is in this marketplace environment that the spiritual gifts can have an impact that changes cities to be a place of blessings and peace.
Abraham, Isaac and Jacob all had to dig wells of water to take care of their tribe and animals. Wells of water became the place of provision, gathering and reviving in these dry places. Wells were called by the names of the owners of the wells and had immense value, and tribes would wage war over wells because of their value to life. The marketplace believers are now the ones who dig wells and create oases in cities where God has placed us. It is the provision of the wells and oases that draw people from dry and weary places to places of reviving and transformation. We must be willing to be used to become treasure bringers and rainmakers to finance anointed ministries, to help the needy, build churches and perform miracles of compassion on a local and national scale. We are to build cities of habitation by digging wells of living water that meet the spiritual and natural needs of those around us.
We are in times of famine spiritually, politically and economically in our land, so this is why it is important for people who feel torn between the church ministry or being in the marketplace, understand how important it is to be diggers of wells and creators of oases, this is where you should use the gifts and calling in the market place to build places of refuge and dig wells that provide for for the spiritual, physical and economic needs where we live. Billy Graham said the next great revival will be in the marketplace, this is why we must not confuse the anointing to minister with the anointing to be a marketplace treasurer bringer to the kingdom. The fields are white with harvest!

Isaac built an altar there and called on the name of the Lord and pitched his tent there; and there Isaac's servants were digging a well. Ge 26:25‬ ‭
And Jacob's well was there. So Jesus, tired as He was from His journey, sat down [to rest] by the well. It was then about the sixth hour John‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭
Genesis 21, Abraham dug a well at Beersheba (which means “Well of the Oath” or “Well of Seven”). He made a covenant with King Abimelech of the Philistines there after a dispute over water rights. Abraham set aside seven ewe lambs as proof that he had dug the well, and the site became associated with his family.

Passing down our heritage.

For a nation to survive, families must be intact and leaving a righteous history and heritage to the next generation and generations to come. A nation will never survive long once the family or tribe structure is destroyed, perverted and replaced by surrogates posing as a family unit, but are not. God created Adam and Eve. Not Adam and Steve. A true family structure has to remain firm and intact, a man, a woman and the children their marriage brings into the world. This is a family as designed by our Creator. God’s design for Families to create communities and communities to create cities and then nations. When families break down that disjointing process flows into communities and nations, there goes the breakdown of cultures and traditions and heritages of any people. Somewhere along the lines we begin to accept and legally define marriage as anything. This is why our foundation is crumbling. Our culture has shifted and is shifting by the voices of all the social media platforms,
Personalities and the people with the money and power that is funding these voices to create their own view of reality so what is this new Normal? Normal is usually our own perception of conditions surrounding us, that share our views. We become so compartmentalized in our thinking that we cannot see outside our own bubble of existence. So this new normal has crept into the mindset of our land and has been accepted, because we are being told what is normal, what is to be accepted and what will happen if we don’t. Destroying the family is the demonic plan, and to pervert family is the demonic strategy. The trouble with this as believers we should look to scripture for God’s view of family, heritage and the passing down of a righteous inheritance. We need to look at our families and see how we can bring them together and be whole. Make our communities whole in Christ. Make our nation whole again in Christ. So pray for families to be brought back together as God planned. So let’s pass down our history, our culture and a righteous traditional to our children.

“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.” Det 6:4-9

Where are you planted.

It has become too easy to complain about a system rather than to actually do something other than abandon it. The same approach to our life will also end up in the place that we abandon our heritage and assume the look of the world, which is to allow ourselves to become corrupt and rotten.
Israel was blessed when righteousness ruled and governed the actions of the people. But When unrighteousness was promoted, the same thing happened, unrighteousness ruled and governed the actions of people and calamity came. Are we any different? I think not, we are governed by whatever forces we allow to take authority and control the narrative over our life and our nation. In 1970’s our nation made a decision to sanctify abortion and same s*x marriage. Then take God’s word and prayer out of the schools and public forums. This step had planted seeds for generations before it produce this fruit. Anytime a nation rejects God, then calamity will come. Out of the hubris and sewer of these choices we now have a nation that is no longer Christian but becoming an Islamic and socialist nation that quickly adopting an anything goes beliefs. All of this is taking place as they use our own language against us. Such as Love your neighbor, don’t judge, be inclusive and understanding. This misappropriation of scripture has confused many into thinking this is what it really says. However, as believers in Jesus Christ we have been given our salvation, life, family and nation as a Heritage. We have a responsibility to protect this and the seven systems of our nation, if we don’t, we truly will be held accountable and judged. We have all seen videos that people on the street are being asked simple questions like: when was WWI and WWII? What country is north of the US? No one got those correct or could read a word in cursive. Sad state of education. During the revolutionary war times, our founding fathers were some of the best educated men in the world, they were people that fought, were wise and their intellect was beyond even the English. Today our schools have rewritten American history, lied about our founding fathers and created narratives to fit a socialist Antichrist story. John Adams said our constitution was written for a moral and religious people. This is why our land is in such chaos. We have an unrighteous and unrepentant government with massive corruption and power aided by truck loads of money to pervert justice and law. this is “why” we are here today, the calamities of turning our devotion to the flesh and against our Creator. All the antichrist, paranoid influencers that have this parasocial relationship with their followers,is only leading further and further away from our true identity as a Christian nation. We must find our footing as Christians to protect ourselves and our family members from the dark clouds we see are forming. We must pray that our institutions be rebuilt and function in their creative design we must pray for useless NGO, the unneeded bureaucracy be changed and lance the sore of corruption and drain the infection of evil. We can start with repentance and prayer. Then become vocal for righteous ways. Take stands against wickedness and be faithful.

“And they said to me, The remnant there in the province who escaped exile are in great trouble and reproach; the wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its [fortified] gates are destroyed by fire. Nehemiah‬ ‭1‬:‭3‬ ‭

Ordering our steps.

God spoke Abraham to get up and go to the land I will show you. In another verse says that Abraham didn’t not even bother or was concerned about whew he was going. He just got up and God led, enough said. When God guides, it will always end in a gracious place, space and time. Ps 17:5: My steps have held closely to Your paths to the tracks of the One Who has gone on before my feet have not slipped.” The hardest things for any of us to do, at least for me is understanding the will of God and following His leading. The Bible is clear God has a will for us and He orders our steps. So why is so difficult? We become afraid some when things are not working and we question are we missing something, have we wondered onto a different path? Have we not heard clearly what God is saying ? I know I have asked myself those questions a 1000 times. Then we may have the belief if we are following the footsteps of Him and living in his will, everything should be working. But the battles can intensify as we endeavor to keep the faith in the journey. To really walk in God’s will and let Him guide our steps, to think the attacks would not increase and become more powerful is to deceive yourselves. This however is not a negative experience or statement, but we also know that He is our Creator and His plan will take place in us as we yield to it. He gives us the strength for the battles and skirmishes and provides us with every gift, weapon and armor to fight against our enemy forces and to stand in circumstances that are just that, circumstances. At times we can just allow ourselves to become so acclaimed to trouble and we just live with it, trouble becomes so familiar and expected so that it seems that is just the way it is. Once our mindset devolves into this belief, trouble is what we will live in always. In the midst of swarms of battles at once it is imperative to not let what we see and are experiencing change our mind and heart of faith. If we believe the Bible we will see that God will order our steps and lead us.
The psalmist writes; He drew me up out of a horrible pit [a pit of tumult and of destruction], out of the miry clay (froth and slime), and set my feet upon a rock, steadying my steps and establishing my goings. So no matter the pit or the mire we are in, He will lead us out. Trust in His plan and trust in His leading, trust in His deliverance and trust in His goodness. He designed you for this moment, step into it

“Yes, the Lord will give what is good, and our land will yield its increase. Righteousness shall go before Him and shall make His footsteps a way in which to walk.” Psalm‬ ‭85‬:‭12‬-‭13‬ ‭

Moving into the timing of God

The fact there is chaos, confusion and deception abounding on our land is the indication of the work of antichrist systems working to divide our nation’s destiny by destroying the destiny of the righteous. Scripture says where there is strife and envying there is confusion and every other evil work. The confusion is abounding the striving for the narrative about what we are as a nation, the striving for control over what is right or evil and what is acceptable by the culture or frowned upon. Knowing these attitudes of evil that foster more wickedness and more chaos all to dilute the influence of believers, we need to make a stand and fight the faith fight. The faith tempering we must have is necessary to make the stand we need to. This will not happened unless we are fully tempered with the fire of His glory, if not we will have a difficult time warring and winning the battles in our nation. David fought many battles with many different groups of people, he had times when could have taken Saul, but he didn’t, because the fear of God kept him in check. Other times God’s timing kept him until the time was right to attack, and he did. To war is more than just charging, it is vital to mediate and inquire of God. The word says only with counsel should we make and carry on our warfare. In Ps 106, it says that they hastily forgot the His works, they did not earnestly wait for His PLANS TO DEVELOP. They failed to occupy the land and the promises of God, because they ignored His plans and timing. Our life is filled with the plans of God, Jeremiah says, God has plans for us, PS 139 says God wrote down our life in a book. To walk in our destiny takes more than an occasional prayers or church meeting or a 60 second devotion, it takes effort to let God temper us in the forge of His Presence. We have to know our journey, be equipped everyday and understand the timing of God’s plans. If we can listen to the Holy Spirit and walk in the steps of His leading we will walk in the perfect place at the perfect divine time of God and see mighty things take place. We have to be present in our destiny if we are going to push our nation into it’s destiny. If we will walk as we should, we can drive out the confusion, chaos and wickedness and bring in the government of God in our land. Schools, politics, media, entertainment and business systems are crying for answers, we can be those that have the answers, by knowing the plans and timing of God and war the right war.

“But they hastily forgot His works; they did not [earnestly] wait for His plans [to develop] regarding them,”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭106:13‬

Joy of the Lord is my strength.

Joy has an intensity and depth that happiness does not. Unlike fleeting happiness which is often tied to external circumstances, joy tends to be a deeper and more resilient strength. It can persist even amid challenges, rooted in purpose, relationships, or inner fulfillment. Joy is a power, a strength a steadfastness that only God can provide. While we can find happiness in things, that happiness is not strength, but an emotion, a reaction to something good. So it is not a lasting feeling. True joy resides deep within us, as we abide in Him. We all know the verse “the joy of the Lord is your strength or the meaning of this is/ the joy of the Lord is place of safety, your fastness, your safe harbour, and your stronghold‭. So joy is much more than a fleeting laugh, it is the very strength that empowers your faith, it is the very power that causes you be able to stand regardless of the situation you are in. Joy is the strength that creates a hope the creates the vehicle for faith to flow. We may all say, there are plenty of times I do not feel joy, well let’s address that. Joy is not a laugh or a moment of gladness, it is an abiding power that makes you calm down and take a breath, praise the Lord and regain your senses and keep believing. Without this joy, when hard places come, we will lose hope every time. When Nehemiah said the joy of the Lord is your strength, all the people we repenting and upset at their sins, Ezra was reading the Torah and the people realized their error. Nehemiah said go your way and enjoy the feast for this joy of Jehovah will be your abiding strength. So when fatigue in praying, weariness in
believing tries to settle in, stop and begin to praise God and this new joy, this new release will bubble up within you and give you strength that you’ve never had before.
Psalm 30:5 – “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” This verse always has meant alot to me. It was given to me at a very hard place in my life and it completely transformed my thinking.
John 15:11 – Jesus tells his disciples he has spoken to them so that his joy may be in them, and their joy may be full.
Romans 15:13 – “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing.”
Galatians 5:22 – Joy is listed as one of the fruits of the Spirit.
And then there is this verse • James 1:2 Count it all joy… when you meet trials of various kinds. This verse has been misquoted many times, what it is saying in Greek is: let joy cause you to rule over every trial and temptation!
Like Paul and James can talk about joy in prison or joy in trials without it being a contradiction. It’s less “I feel good” and more “I stand on solid ground,” even when circumstances don’t feel good at all. The joy of the Lord is our abiding strength.

Know your why and overcome.

The happiest people you will meet are those who don’t have problems, however we all have problems, but those people who have a higher purpose than their problems are by far the happiest. Their purpose makes every challenge worthwhile, so challenges are now relative to carrying out their purpose. When we accept our purpose in life, it will come with many difficulties and opportunities to overcome or fail. The decision to overcome or fail becomes now relative to how we see this new challenge. Is it something that is enabling me to carry out my purpose or is it a roadblock to stop me. When we allow the blockades to continue and we magnify our focus so much more on those rather than on our purpose, in that regard we stop moving forward and we default back to dig in and quit. A look at Joseph, his brothers hated him, threw him in a pit, sold him to some Gypsies, he was sold again to an Egyptian, thrown in prison and finally was released into his WHY. God’s plan was to get Joseph into leadership in Egypt to prepare a place for his tribe. Each step of this journey moved Joseph closer and closer. Here is the key, Joseph revealed to his brothers in Egypt that God had sent him there to preserve a heritage. Somewhere in this journey Joseph found his WHY and all these terrible things that was happening to him, were simply stepping stones in his purpose. Most would have given up in the midst of this without a purpose. Our purpose our WHY is the driving force in us to look at circumstances as a promotion to the next closer place. We must recognize quickly if this is a devil led blockade or an invitation by God to grow. We all at some point if we are living in our WHY will have those gut check moments or assessment of your courage, character, determination, and resolve. In those moments that is testing everything in you, it is challenging your character, your determination and your courage, we will have to decide how much do I trust God right now. You may not like that statement, but it is true. Consider Job, 5 swarms of attacks that tested everything in him. Yet in his gut check moment, he stayed firm in God. I have experienced those and still am, they are not pleasant, but when you know your Why, we understand that for the plan of God to work in us, it must work through us also. It takes the gut check moments to push you further and deeper. Abraham had one I would imagine when God ask him to sacrifice Isaac. James and Peter both write about a pattern of growth to develop the character and faith to live out our WHY. We all have seen folks that reject this place is growth and withdraw and begin the blame others and start the name calling lifestyle. They rejected their WHY and are now completely out of harmony with God’s plan. In the hardest places are always opportunities to overcome and grow, when we hit those gut check moments, when we are being tested or so it seems on every level of our life, we must know in Whom we believe and why.

“And this is why I am suffering as I do. Still I am not ashamed, for I know Him Whom I have believed and I am [positively] persuaded that He is able to guard and keep that which has been entrusted to me and which I have committed [to Him] until that day.”
‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭12‬

Jacob and his faith.

Isaac also passed on his faith to Jacob. However Jacob was somewhat different and his life was filled difficulties and heartache. In genesis
We are told Jacob was living with Laban his uncle. In the course of time Jacob fell in love with Rachael and agreed to work for seven years for Rachel. But Laban tricked Jacob and he had to work an additional seven years. The reason for this, Laban saw how God was blessing everything in Jacob’s hand. So Laban was reluctant to let Jacob leave, because everything Jacob did multiplied and Laban has become wealthy. By these verses in genesis we understand that the blessings of the Covenant was on Jacob. Jacob became the father of the twelve tribes of Israel just as God had promised Jacobs grandfather, Abraham. Jacob had many battles and many disappointments in life but he passed on the heritage of faith to his son Joseph. Who we know kept the covenant even as a prisoner and slave and later because of this heritage of faith that had been passed down, Joseph rose to become the most powerful man in the world. We must never underestimate our heritage or how it will guide us in life. For Jacob was wise enough to pass on this knowledge and because of this Jospeh saved his family. Had Jacob not passed this heritage on or if Jospeh had ignored the covenant and given up, he would have perished in Egypt and Israel would have struggled for years. This also fulfilled the word God gave to Abraham as they were cutting the covenant, that Abraham’s family would be captive for 400 years in a strange land, but would come out with many blessings. Joseph was faithful and walked in the promise faithfully. The question we should ask ourselves, how much of this covenant do we understand? Do we realize the heritage we have been given through Christ?. Paul writes to the Galatians and said: if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s offspring and heirs to the promise! Now we are heirs to the heritage and promises of God’s presence, power and grace. We are God’s workmanship and sons and daughters of God. We are redeemed by the blood of Christ, Paul writes again that in Christ the blessing promised to Abraham might come upon us and we might receive the promised blessing of the Holy Spirit. Selah.

“To the end that through [their receiving] Christ Jesus, the blessing [promised] to Abraham might come upon the Gentiles, so that we through faith might [all] receive [the realization of] the promise of the [Holy] Spirit.
And if you belong to Christ [are in Him Who is Abraham's Seed], then you are Abraham's offspring and [spiritual] heirs according to promise.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3‬:‭14‬, ‭29‬
