"We just picked up our special order Georgetown G7 motorhome from Bob’s. We live in Ohio, and could have ordered the rig from any of our local dealers, so the fact we still bought from Bob’s pretty much tells the whole story. We went to dozens of dealerships from Michigan to Georgia looking for the perfect rig and the best customer service and found both at Bob’s. Joe and Josh on the sales side went above and beyond to make sure we had all the resources available to ensure everything went smoothly. We are talking about RVs, so nothing ever goes as smoothly as you would like, but that is where the team at Bob’s really shined. They handled everything that came up in a timely manner and we feel they truly cared about making us happy and we drove home to Ohio thrilled with the rig and the buying experience.
Special shout out to Chris in parts who helped with getting the exact flat tow parts (and a ton of other stuff) we needed and even delivered them and loaded them in the RV for us."
