2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE 4WD.
CUSTOMER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE DOES NOT SHIFT AND THE 4WD LIGHT IS ON.

PROCEED TO CHECK CHE VEHICLE AND NOTICE THAT THE R AND D APPLY VERY HARD. CONNECT THE SCANTOOL AND CHECK FOR CODES FOUND U0101, PROCEED TO TROUBLESHOOT THIS FAULTY CODE, VERIFY THAT THE TCM IS RECEIVING GND, 12V AND DATA LINES. IT WAS DETERMINE THAT THE TCM WAS AT FAULT. CUSTOMER BROUGHT US THE TCM AND IT WAS INSTALLED NO ISSUES.

Updated: Parts came in from Ford, and truck was done on Sept 20 and delivered to the customer.

This F-250 came with problems of loss of power. A diagnostic was made and internal damage was found in the turbo. The customer was notified that the turbocharger was defective. The customer authorized it and replaced the turbo with an OEM one.

This DURAMAX LML was having issues in the exhaust After-treatment system. After the Diagnostic was fully completed we found a faulty EGR valve and Nitrogen Oxide Sensor located at Turbocharger. Truck was completely Diagnose and repair in the same day we receive it.
