Had a customer come with some deep problems on a 6.7 powerstroke. With internal engine failure . So we pulled it apart and sent the motor out for a full rebuild. Put back together with a new turbo and it’s back on the road ready to pull! If you’re 6.7 has any problems give us a call! Thank you

Little personal project in the shop. 5.3 dropped a lifter. No way we can put this back together stock. So it got a Texas speed cam, valve springs and a full DOD delete. With a good set of long tube headers. Runs good and happy with the product.

Another Duramax in the books, this one came in pushing coolant and blowing the upper radiator hose off. After further diagnosis we found it had a bad head gasket.
After replacing the head, gaskets and many other parts along with the EGR delete. Truck is back on the road running strong ready for work.

A customer presented a 2011 6.7 Powerstroke vehicle experiencing coolant leakage and excessive smoke emission from the exhaust system. Upon further examination, our team identified a faulty head gasket. The cylinder heads were subsequently sent to a reputable machine shop for comprehensive evaluation. We opted to upgrade the head bolts to head studs and replaced all pertinent gaskets. Additionally, a new Crankcase Ventilation (CCV) box was installed, glow plugs were replaced, and the vehicle underwent an oil change and coolant flush.
