Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, motorcycle technician to join the Touring Sport family in Greenville, SC. We sell and service BMW, Triumph, Ducati and Zero motorcycles in a fun, fast-paced work environment. Our customers expect great customer service from knowledgeable professionals, and we aspire to exceed their expectations at every opportunity. If you are a high-energy person who loves motorcycles and people, this could be a great job for you.

The dealership is open Tuesday through Friday from 9AM until 6PM and Saturday from 9AM until 5PM. You will be expected to work the entire work week, including Saturdays. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with your prior experience and demonstrated ability. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position that includes a very generous employee purchase program.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform accurate, full and complete diagnosis on motorcycles
Perform routine maintenance in a thorough and timely manner
Communicates repairs necessary both verbally and in writing to managers and customers
Follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides
Abides by all dealership policies & procedures
Demonstrate high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship
Complete repair orders accurately and accordingly to deadlines

Requirements

Ownership of a complete set of tools
MMI graduates and/or factory certification preferred but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the USA
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency using a computer and common software programs
Maintain technical qualifications by completing ongoing web-based and in-dealership training
