Also transponders are MANDATORY and rentals will be available for $20.

Ok Mod guys we have worked a bonus for you guys with two different tracks this weekend! You can either go to Ark-La-Tex Speedway or Devil's Bowl Speedway on Saturday! Here’s the cool part! We are putting up $200 to the highest average finisher between Hunt County Raceway and these two tracks! Ark-La-Tex has matched our $200, so the average finisher in the Mod A feature between Hunt County Raceway and Ark-La-Tex will receive a $400 bonus! If you chose to go to Devils Bowl Speedway on Saturday then the highest finisher from Hunt County Speedway and Devils Bowl Speedway will get an additional $200!

OPENING NIGHT JUNE 16th!!!!!!!!

A lot of information will be posted this week so keep a close watch on the page! This Friday is opening night and we wanted to pass along some info…..

We will be out at the track Tuesday through Thursday night for anyone that wants to get their pre tech out of the way. We will not be having any practice it will be just for pre tech only.

Our payout for this race weekend only is as follows…
Jr. Limiteds $200 to win/ $30 to start

Ecos $400 to win/ $40 to start

Factory’s $500 to win/ $50 to start

Limiteds/B-Mods $600 to win/ $60 to start

Mods $2500 to win/ $150 to start. Also we will be having a King of The Hill race for the top 12 in passing points for the mods only! This was sponsored by Terry Jordan of Able Truck Sales will pay $500 to the winner. How you finish the King of The Hill race is how the top 12 will line up for the A feature. Terry also put in $500 on the win for the A Main as well so a huge thank you to him for helping us out! We would also like to thank Troy Wallace for putting up $200 on the win as well!

Registration is $30 for all classes and needs to be done on My RacePass. You will pay at the track and also provide your social security number at the track.

Reserved Pit Parking will be $75 for a spot.

Pit gates will open at 3 on Friday so we can start pre teching the cars. If you can please get there early if you don’t make it out Tuesday through Thursday. PLEASE IF YOU CAN AND LIVE CLOSE ENOUGH COME GET PRE TECHED THROUGH THE WEEK! This will allow us more time for the ones that don’t live so close to be pre teched on Friday.

MINOR RELEASES MUST HAVE BOTH LEGAL PARENTS SIGNATURES IN ORDER FOR THE MINOR TO COMPETE! There are no exceptions to this and will be strictly enforced!

Wanted to give everyone the pre-tech list that we are checking in order for you to get your sticker. ALL SAFETY ITEMS MUST BE FREE OF HOLES AND IN GOOD WORKING AND SAFE IN CONDITION.

All seat belts must be in date and not expired. We’ve included an example of the SFI tag for your reference. The next expiration is June 30th 2023 and yes you will have to replace your belts after that date so you might as well go ahead and do it now. Also a good tip to follow is when you’re buying new belts open them up and check the SFI date and buy the latest date you can.

Every driver must have a 10lb CHEMICAL FIRE EXTINGUSHER in their trailer.

If you have anything in question then go ahead and replace it and be done with it so that the Pre-Tech can go a lot quicker for you.

Update: Moved to Wednesday

From Hunt County Raceway:

We will be having our first play day this Tuesday night from 6pm -10 pm. Pit gate will be open at 4 so we can start the Pre-Tech. Pit passes will be $25. Front stands are CLOSED. Remember ALL drivers must Pre-Tech before getting on the track. A few things that will be teched are as follows….

1. All driver safety equipment including gloves, helmet, shoes, and suit.

2. Seat belt manufacturing date. If they are expired they will be need to be replaced. ( Not by Tuesday unless you can.)

3. ALL lead must be mounted with at least 2- 1/2” bolts.

4. ALL drivers will need a 10lb chemical fire extinguisher brought to the Pre-Tech and must remain in your trailer after that at all times.

5. Any right front wheel cover being used on a non bead lock wheel must have the retaining ring for the cover welded to the wheel.

Any other items that are deemed as a SAFETY concern will be addressed. This is not a performance tech just a safety. Anyone that wants to come and get their car Pre-Teched but doesn’t want to hot lap they will not be charged unless you stay and watch.

ALSO ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE BOTH LEGAL PARENTS SIGN THE MINOR RELEASE FORM IF THE MINOR IS COMPETING! We will have the forms at the track Tuesday.
