2009 Street Glide recently purchased from a dealership. Customer brings it in with concerns about the brakes & a vibration in the front end. What have I found so far? Trashed brake pads .... All of them. Warped brake rotors..... All of them. Trashed front tire (cupped), with no balancing weights or balancing beads, Zero clutch free play, missing bolt in outer primary. I shudder to think what the fluids will look like when I change them.
Dealerships charging $150/hour or more and this is how they let this one leave their shop....... Incredible.
You're just a number to a huge corporation. When you take your bike to a local independent shop, you are a customer, your satisfaction is our goal, your word of mouth is our best advertising.
I'm not staring at the clock counting the minutes until I can punch out & leave.....
Your bike leaves my shop like it was mine & I would be riding it.

3 hole fluid service, after sorting out the oil leak on the 98 Road King and she's finished. Ready to go home.
