This beauty is one of Chris' favorites, and after spending some time behind the wheel, it's easy to see why. The classic lines, the stance, and the way it drives all come together to create an unforgettable experience. Cars like this remind us why we fell in love with the hobby in the first place.

It was a pleasure having this one at the shop, and an even bigger pleasure taking it out for a drive. 🔥

Its pretty cool getting to see these old girls years later. Last time was 13 years ago when we gave her a heart transplant with a small block chevy motor. This time she got some disc brakes.

There’s just something special about having a true piece of Pontiac history roll through the shop doors. We recently had the pleasure of working on this incredible Pontiac GTO Royal Bobcat, and it’s every bit as legendary as its reputation suggests.

Back in the muscle car wars of the late 1960s, Royal Pontiac out of Royal Oak, Michigan became famous for transforming already potent GTOs into street and strip monsters through their “Royal Bobcat” performance packages. These cars were known for upgraded carburetor tuning, ignition modifications, improved breathing, and meticulous performance setup that helped Pontiac dominate both on the streets and at the drag strip.

The legendary 428ci combination gave these cars brutal torque and serious performance, making them some of the most feared Pontiacs of their era. Royal Bobcats weren’t just muscle cars — they became icons of Pontiac performance culture.

It was an honor for us to spend some time with this beautiful machine and help keep a piece of American muscle history alive. We truly appreciate the opportunity and the trust placed in our shop.

We are looking to hire a person who would be good at finding and ordering parts, helping people who come to the shop, schedule, answering phones , and every other aspect of customer service. HONESTY, DEPENDABILITY, AND DETERMINATION are more important than experience. If you are organized and determined, and honest, you can learn the rest of it in time. This person would work Tuesday thru Saturdays with a shorter day on Saturdays.
