Rusty Nuts Originals is looking for a Parts Person / Front of House to join our team!

We’re a full-service shop working on hot rods, classic cars, custom vehicles, and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. We’re looking for someone who can help keep the front end of the shop running smoothly.

The job includes finding and ordering parts, helping customers, scheduling jobs, answering phones, and keeping things organized around the shop.

Experience with automotive and/or Harley-Davidson parts is definitely a plus, but it’s not everything. Honesty, dependability, determination, organization, and a willingness to learn are more important to us than experience. We can teach the right person what they don’t know.

The position will start part-time for the first 30 days while we train and evaluate the right person. After that initial period, there will be an opportunity to move into the regular Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with a shorter day on Saturdays.

Hi everyone Candice here!!! I’m giving everyone a month in advance to remind you for “My Favorite Time Of The Year Halloween Bash!!!” I’m so excited the guys let me do this every year even though I no longer work there they make me feel like I’m still part of the family!!! Please bring your “babies” even if they are teenagers to come see me and celebrate my favorite time of year! I will be the crazy lady in a minion costume! I will have Pizza, Candy and Beverages for everyone! Only 1 Month Away!!!

Its always fun making these almost 100 year old vehicles drive better and be safer. This one got a full Heidts Performance front end with coil overs and disc brakes. It had another brand one on it that was poorly installed and not drivable. Thanks to our friends at Iveys Wheel Alignment and Hawkins Towing for doing the alignment on it.

This beauty is one of Chris' favorites, and after spending some time behind the wheel, it's easy to see why. The classic lines, the stance, and the way it drives all come together to create an unforgettable experience. Cars like this remind us why we fell in love with the hobby in the first place.

It was a pleasure having this one at the shop, and an even bigger pleasure taking it out for a drive. 🔥

Its pretty cool getting to see these old girls years later. Last time was 13 years ago when we gave her a heart transplant with a small block chevy motor. This time she got some disc brakes.

There’s just something special about having a true piece of Pontiac history roll through the shop doors. We recently had the pleasure of working on this incredible Pontiac GTO Royal Bobcat, and it’s every bit as legendary as its reputation suggests.

Back in the muscle car wars of the late 1960s, Royal Pontiac out of Royal Oak, Michigan became famous for transforming already potent GTOs into street and strip monsters through their “Royal Bobcat” performance packages. These cars were known for upgraded carburetor tuning, ignition modifications, improved breathing, and meticulous performance setup that helped Pontiac dominate both on the streets and at the drag strip.

The legendary 428ci combination gave these cars brutal torque and serious performance, making them some of the most feared Pontiacs of their era. Royal Bobcats weren’t just muscle cars — they became icons of Pontiac performance culture.

It was an honor for us to spend some time with this beautiful machine and help keep a piece of American muscle history alive. We truly appreciate the opportunity and the trust placed in our shop.
