Happy 4-Year Work Anniversary, Justin!

It says a lot when several people describe someone as one of their favorite people to work with and Justin has earned that place in the hearts of many throughout Car Center. He has a way of bringing light and encouragement into the room. His optimism, humble confidence, and genuine care for others can completely change the direction of someone’s day. He makes people feel supported and is simply a blessing to have on the team.

Over the past four years, Justin has continued to strengthen his knowledge and grow in his leadership as our Head Accountant. He leads with a “can-do” attitude, works hard, and always makes room for fun. Justin, thank you for the positivity and encouragement you bring to Car Center. You are a wonderful example of our , “Attitude = Altitude!”

Happy 8-Year Work Anniversary, Jason! 🎉

For the last eight years, Jason has played an important role in bringing our repairs to life. As one of our Automotive Refinish Technicians, he takes pride in every vehicle that rolls through the paint department. Whether it's a complete side repair or a small bumper refinish, Jason's attention to detail and commitment to quality show in every job he completes.

Jason is a great example of our "Servant Leadership" core value. He not only takes pride in doing the job right the first time, but he's also invested in helping those around him succeed. Over the years, he's shared his knowledge with the next generation of painters, always willing to teach, encourage, and help others grow. He believes in a team-first mentality, isn't afraid to speak up for what's right, and continues to look for ways to improve his own craft.

Jason, thank you for eight years of hard work, dedication, and the positive impact you've had on both our team and our customers. We're grateful to have you as part of the Car Center family.
