🚨 MIDWEST DETAIL & POLISH — BOOKING POLICY UPDATE 🚨

Due to the increasing number of no-call/no-shows and same-day cancellations, we are making a change to our appointment policy.

📅 Effective immediately, all appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking if appointment is 2+ weeks out

This deposit goes toward your total service cost and secures your appointment time. We understand things come up, but last-minute cancellations and missed appointments take time away from other customers who are ready to get scheduled.

❌ No deposit = No appointment
❌ No-call/no-show = Deposit is non-refundable
❌ Same-day cancellation = Deposit is non-refundable

We appreciate everyone who respects our time and supports Midwest Detail & Polish LLC. We work hard to provide quality aluminum polishing and appreciate your understanding of this policy.
