At STRAY we recognize the lack of physical support for the DYI realm & have structured our facility to address that need. Rather than focus solely on customized camper & tailgate rigs, we offer a variety of technical packages allowing dreamers to build out their own rigs with confidence in the foundation of their build, sidestepping the trickier aspects of your integrated systems. Let us know how we can help, buildings a bitch but nothing beats helping people start their journey. We're comfortable designing & building on all platforms, outside of a Unimog we've already built it (we'll buy your Unimog though). We're one of the few SE crews who play with Econoline builds (we like making pretty 4x4s) & as far as we know the only Full Size Bus guys out here right now. Tailgaters- obviously as a SE company we build quite a few tailgate setups but focus primarily on boondock rigs. While we will install a generator for you, its all about the haves & have nots for us, who wants the noise or smell? STRAY is an Employee Owned company, a collective of recreational workers, adrenaline junkies & vagabonds who constantly live in rigs, spending our shoulder seasons building vans yet somehow we keep growing & our timelines keep working out.
