🚨 SHOP POLICY — PLEASE READ 🚨
We’re going to be blunt about this because this has become a problem.
WHEN YOUR VEHICLE IS DONE, YOUR BALANCE IS DUE. PERIOD.
We are a small business, not a free storage facility or a bank. We have parts to pay for, employees to pay, overhead, insurance, utilities, and a whole lot of other expenses that keep this shop running.
We should NOT have to chase customers down for money after we have completed the work they asked us to do.
Any vehicle that is completed and has an outstanding balance will be subject to a $35 PER DAY fee after the customer has been notified that the vehicle is ready.
AND YES — THIS APPLIES EVEN IF YOU TAKE THE VEHICLE WITHOUT PAYING THE BALANCE.
If you pick up your vehicle while you still owe the shop money, the $35/day fee will continue to accrue on the unpaid balance until the bill is paid in full.
If you have an unexpected situation and need to make arrangements, COMMUNICATE WITH US. We are willing to work with people who communicate with us.
What we will no longer do is repeatedly call, text, and wait while money owed to the shop goes unpaid.
Work was performed. Parts were purchased. Time was spent. The bill is due.
We appreciate every customer who pays their bill on time and respects our business. Unfortunately, because of a few situations, this policy now needs to be put in place for EVERYONE.
So please understand this going forward:
💰 VEHICLE DONE → BALANCE DUE
💰 VEHICLE LEFT HERE → $35/DAY
💰 VEHICLE TAKEN WITH A BALANCE OWED → $35/DAY UNTIL PAID
We don’t want to charge these fees. Just pay your bill and we won’t have a problem.
