Sometimes there’s good in bad. Chad came to me stating his GLK was most likely totaled. We got to work and through our conversation I remembered we just took in a 2021 GLE with less than 25,000 miles. I mentioned it to him and it was an instant hit when he laid eyes on it. After the GLK was declared a loss. We moved forward on getting Chad and Gen into their next car. Chad tells me it’s the smoothest ride he’s ever owned.
