The Role
We are looking for an experienced technician who can perform high-quality major reconstruction repairs with minimal direction. You will play a key role in restoring damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition, following written repair orders and manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop proper repair plans for each vehicle.
Repair collision-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
De-trim and disassemble vehicles, performing pre-pulls to make informed repair vs. replace decisions.
Assist in identifying and sourcing necessary parts.
Perform quality repairs without passing on defects and meet productivity requirements.
Utilize frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves
3+ years of collision repair experience.
Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work.
Above-average quality focus and high production capabilities.
Clean driving record with a current NC driver's license.
Nice-to-Haves
I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
Experience with European car manufacturers (Mercedes, Audi, VW).
