Every salesperson has heard it.

Customer: “I’ll be there in 10 minutes.”
Me: “Perfect, I’ll keep an eye out.”
Three hours later: still watching the door like a golden retriever waiting by the window

Sometimes 10 minutes means 10 minutes.
Sometimes it means tomorrow.
Sometimes it means they entered a different time zone. 😂
