Another classic has found a new home!

We recently sold this 1946 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup Truck on consignment for a local gentleman who had owned the truck for 20+ years.

Before putting it up for sale, we had the opportunity to do a good amount of service and preparation work to get the truck ready for its next owner. It was a pleasure working with the owner and helping him get his longtime truck ready to find a new home.

We ultimately found a buyer in Mr. Cook, who has some big plans for the truck and is looking forward to putting his own personal touches on it and making it truly his own.

We love seeing these old trucks continue to get enjoyed, improved, and passed on to the next enthusiast. We’re excited to see what Mr. Cook does with it!

Another special car has found a new home!

We recently sold this beautiful 1966 Ford Mustang GT Convertible on consignment for a customer, and this one came with a story that made the sale especially meaningful.

The previous owners dad built this Mustang several years ago, and after he passed away, the car was left with her. As much as she loved having it, she simply couldn’t find the time to enjoy it, and watching it sit in the garage wasn’t what she wanted for a car that meant so much to her family.

That’s where Vail’s Classic Cars came in. We were honored to help find the Mustang a new home, and it ended up going all the way to California!

The new owner flew in to personally look at the car, fell in love with it, and decided to make it his. It was a pleasure getting to know him throughout the process, and we were happy to go the extra mile to make the car exactly what he wanted before it headed west. We installed a brand-new Custom Autosound radio and took care of some paint work for him before getting the Mustang ready for shipping.

From helping a family move on from a car with sentimental value to finding it a new home across the country, this is exactly why we love what we do.
