If you're renting a transponder every race day, add up how many times you did that this year.

Easiest way to pick between the Mychron 6 1T and 2T is to count how many engine temps you want on screen.

Air cooled with one EGT or head temp sensor, the 1T covers it. Water cooled, or you want EGT and water temp at the same time, go with the 2T.

One thing to know before you buy. The 1T can't be upgraded to take a second sensor later. If there's any chance you move to a water cooled class, spending the extra hundred bucks now saves you from buying a second gauge.
