Apparently it’s Bagpipe Appreciation Day…

Which means somewhere there’s a guy warming up an instrument that sounds like a goose getting run over by a lawn mower😂

Around here, we’d rather hear a healthy camshaft lope, an impact gun rattling, or a V8 firing up after months of cussing at it.

No offense to the bagpipe folks… but if one shows up at the shop today, we’re putting it on the lift to see what’s making that awful noise, and yes we do want you to stop by if you are carrying a bagpipe around in your car today!!!!

So of course we took care of him and fabbed up a custom frame for this bench seat!!!

We built this one solely on a cardboard box and a vision….

We turned it into a one-off, hand-fabricated engine cover, built from scratch and paint matched to the car!!!

Turns out the toughest person at LilyJack Customs isn’t one of the guys…..

-We told her to keep unwanted visitors out, she may have taken the assignment a little too seriously.

Also, we our searching for our last customer. He left in a higher voice than he arrived. 😂🥜
