Following the launch of JAX Auto Detailing in the near future, first-time clients will receive a 15% discount on their initial detail service for a limited time. Additionally, the 10th detail service will be discounted by 35% for clients enrolled in the loyalty card program, available for purchase at $10.00 per card.
Loyalty cards do not expire and can be applied to any detail package. However, these cards are non-transferable and cannot be sold, copied, modified, or forged. Any such actions will result in the automatic void of the loyalty card. New loyalty cards can only be reinstated upon approval of a reinstatement request.
Replacement or reinstatement of loyalty cards requires approval from the company owner or Team Lead. In the event of reinstatement, a fee of $15.00 will be applied for security purposes. The company owner or Team Lead will contact the client to discuss the decision, which may be made in person or over the phone. It is important to note that voided or signed loyalty cards are non-refundable, and all purchases are considered final upon signing off on the first detail.
