Called out to a D10T Dozer with A/C not working.
We found the evaporator to be swamped with dirt as the enclosure had a few cracks and a couple of hoses rubbed through. We ended up doing a overhaul of the system with new compressor, belt, evaporator coil, switches and all new hosing. Safe to say shes running ice cold now and a happy customer 🤙

The days are still running hot so hit us up for all your A/C needs on site and at home 😊

Early morning call out for a little Volvo Digger,
Client stated they were having issues with the hitch functions cutting out.
We found previous repairs that were not up to standard and had failed.
Conducted on-site repairs and got our client back to work.

Forgot to take the after photo of repairs as we were having good yarns with the boys about weekend activities 😅

Aftermarket cab harness install on a komatsu HD785 watertruck. Not everyday we get to work on brand new machines.

Fabricated harnesses for multiple auxiliary components and systems through out the new machine as per the customer's requirements for site.

We have been extremely busy as of late with quite few last minute jobs with the rest of the year looking just as busy 👌
2 weeks on site then back home for a few more installs .

Haven't posted in a long while. We have been super busy but will be planning to be more active on socials this coming year.
With a full year ahead. This week we were thrown into a Cat 24M Grader shut. We ended up arriving after the machine had the engine and transmission pulled out but we hooked in and re-harnessed the machine which also included a full A/C overhaul. I unfortunately did forget to gwt more photos as we were swamped from the start 😅
Couple more days and we will see this old girl start up and get back out there

Yesterday we were called out to a mini excavator that was having problems starting.
After running some diagnostics we identified the earth stud on the solenoid had started to deteriorate.
After replacing the starter, we verified that the alternator and battery are working efficiently and got the customer back digging 👌

Over the weekend we completed a full overhaul on both Aircon systems on this leihberr 9400.
This included both compressors, evaporators, condensers and all new hosing.
Fully charged and ready for digging 😎
