*** Drivers School Tomorrow ***
Just a reminder of what to bring tomorrow and what to expect.
Primarily focused towards new people, I always seem to have info and ideas for the more experienced drivers also, but this is our make up novice school from earlier this year.
So…
- Get there about 8:15 or so.
- Bring a chair, notepad, pen, air compressor, air pressure gauge, and some chalk or white shoe polish.
- I’ll have a handout that we’ll go through.
- Also bring some food and drink
- We’ll get going about 9am with a classroom session and cover a lot of the basics of driving and car setup as well as reading the course and understanding some basic vehicle dynamics.
- Then run for a couple hours till lunch on the short course.
- Lunch from Noonish till 1ish
- Walk the long course together and run till about 2:30-3pm
Times are roughly estimated. We will get a ton of seat time and we actually manage the number of runs just so you don’t burn up a set of tires in a single day…it’s happened many times 🙂
If you are just looking for some seat time, you can show up at Noon, pay at the registration trailer and run the afternoon session as a Test n Tune like usual.
Should be a fun, hopefully dry day tomorrow. See everyone in the morning.
