🚗 NOW HIRING: Automotive Service Advisor / Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Advisor / Manager to join our team.
The right person is someone who knows how to take care of customers, communicate clearly with technicians, keep the shop organized, and help drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers and writing repair orders
• Explaining recommended repairs and maintenance clearly
• Providing estimates and obtaining customer approvals
• Communicating with technicians and keeping jobs moving
• Following up with customers and keeping them updated
• Ordering/coordinating parts as needed
• Managing workflow and helping maintain shop productivity
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Helping lead the team and handle day-to-day shop operations
What we’re looking for:
• Automotive service advisor or management experience preferred
• Strong sales and customer-service skills
• Good automotive knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who takes ownership and wants to grow with the business
